There will be 5 modules, starting the week of October 12, 2009 to the week of December 11, 2009. Officials and councillors will participate jointly for session 1, and session 5.
The library is here to support the training programme. Material will be placed here on the recommendation of the faculty and participants. Some material will be linked to external sources.
